QUALIFICATIONS

• INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
  We are seeking people that have the desire to be successful in the real estate sales, and who have a strong work ethic, sound judgment, high personal standards of excellence and honesty. You need not have any prior real estate experience but it is helpful.
  
  
• FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
  Start-up costs are minimal but you must be in a position to properly capitalize on the opportunity to implement a good solid marketing plan. Territory Owners individual advertising budget and promotional costs will vary depending upon the size of their area and the existing relationships they already established.
  
  
• PROFESSIONALISM
  We look for people who have a great attitude, are excited, communicate well, and have a good plan for their exclusive territory. We want to see that you know the area well and that industry professionals will respond to you personally when presenting solutions to them. We are looking for energetic individuals who are interested in running their own business and have a long term plan in which to succeed.

INVESTMENT & COST

• Territory Purchase Fee: $399.00 yr. per territory (see available territories)
• No additional monthly or annual fee’s
• Commission Structure: 80% (Territory Owners) 20% (OHB, Inc.)

AVAILABLE TERRITORIES

Exclusive Territories are offered nationwide.

Exclusive Territories are described as a chosen area and/or city with a population maximum of 250,000 residents. The size of the territory is important to ensure that the territory owner(s) have the ability to properly cover their area in order to solicit potential users. Presentations, in person follow-ups, and creating an identifiable presence within each territory are crucial to your success.

With a solid marketing plan, and appropriate budget, multiple territories can be purchased.

TERRITORY PURCHASE FEE

Single territory: $399 yr (up to 250,000 residents)

Additional Territories: $199 yr

Countywide Territories : call for pricing
